1. Welcome and Opening Remarks
2. Apologies
3. Minutes of the AGM held on 5^th December 2023
4. To receive a copy of Elevate's annual accounts for the financial year ended 31 August 2024, together with the Trustees' report and auditor's report on those accounts
5. To confirm appointment of the external Auditors of the Company
6. CEO Report
7. Diocese: Annual Reports to Members
8. If you would like the Members to respond to any questions at the AGM, please submit these in writing by 12 noon Monday 9^th December 2024 to Dianne Mousley, Company Secretary, via email d.mousley@elevatemat.org or post to the registered address below.
